Job Summary

Own Salesforce release execution for Salesforce.com and related cloud services, defining how releases are handled and ensuring functionality ships smoothly to customers. Coordinate deployments across cross-functional teams, maintain an enterprise release calendar, and support cutovers. Serve as a subject-matter expert for release tooling, mitigate risks (conflicts/merging), and guide go-live decisions. Bring hands-on Salesforce platform knowledge and CI/CD release practices to drive continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute Salesforce deployments for Salesforce.com and related cloud services, ensuring releases are handled smoothly and efficiently.
•Collaborate with project/service and functional release managers to understand demand and propose landscape/sandbox setup, coordinating the deployment process.
•Maintain an enterprise release calendar and support project cutovers, managing releases to timelines and communicating deployment status.
•Act as a subject-matter expert for the release management tool, supporting and training team members on release deployment issues.
•Mitigate release risks by identifying and resolving code conflicts/merging issues, conducting release reviews, and deciding go-live for business requirements.

Key Requirements

•Copado certified and 4+ years of experience with Copado
•4+ years as a Salesforce Release Manager in an enterprise-level environment
•Minimum 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform including release management and Salesforce.com technology-based solutions
•Salesforce.com Admin and Dev certification
•Experience with sandbox refresh, packaging/deploying Salesforce metadata components, and release branching/merging and conflict resolution strategies
