Key Responsibilities

  • •Track release schedules, milestones, and deliverable status across R&D and PV teams using Jira and other tools.
  • •Maintain release calendars, checklists, and status dashboards; keep release documentation up to date.
  • •Collect stakeholder status updates, open items, and required sign-offs, following up to closure.
  • •Administer release tracking tools/templates and flag process gaps or missed deadlines to management.
  • •Communicate release status, risks, and blockers; attend English staff meetings and produce/distribute minutes and action follow-ups.
