Key Responsibilities

  • •Own inventory accuracy, inventory integrity, and inventory compliance performance for the distribution center.
  • •Lead and develop the Inventory Control team and establish accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • •Manage inventory governance programs including cycle counting, physical inventories, inventory reconciliation, inventory adjustments, and audit readiness.
  • •Ensure compliance with inventory policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls, and company governance requirements.
  • •Identify inventory risks, investigate discrepancies, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and provide reporting to site and corporate leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • •5+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • •Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems.
  • •Experience supporting automation and robotics environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
