Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure One&Only operating standards and procedures are followed across laundry operations.
  • •Maintain quality standards for guest laundry/dry cleaning and ensure staff provide well-maintained uniforms.
  • •Supervise, train, and lead the entire laundry staff, including quality training and regular performance reviews.
  • •Manage inventories and laundry/uniform room records; conduct spot checks and prepare reports for the Executive Housekeeper and Finance.
  • •Oversee wash formulas, hygiene and safety, chemical storage and usage, and daily operations of the Uniform Room and Tailors.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a master’s degree or higher certificate in hospitality management, or have completed BTEC National Diploma in Hospitality.
  • •Be fluent in spoken and written English (any other foreign language is a plus).
  • •Have at least 2 years of experience as a laundry supervisor, housekeeping supervisor, or laundry manager in a four-star+ resort.
  • •Have at least 3 years of experience as a laundry manager in a five-star+ resort.
  • •Know human resource management and understand financial statements.
