Lead the transformation of global IT operations toward an AI-enabled, predictive, and autonomous model. Define and execute an AI Ops/automation-first strategy that improves observability, reduces incidents, and accelerates remediation using machine-learning-driven insights. Govern outsourced service delivery partners, evolve ITIL/ITSM into AI-augmented service management, and establish global application support and EUC/Service Desk capabilities with strong governance, SLAs/XLAs, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a global IT operations strategy using AI Ops/automation to shift from reactive to predictive and autonomous operations.
•Drive full-stack observability across infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, security, and applications using AI-powered analytics and automated telemetry.
•Ensure 24/7 operational resilience by using machine learning to anticipate failures, reduce MTTR, and improve service continuity.
•Govern outsourced IT operations and service delivery partners using SLAs/XLAs, service health analytics, and regular reviews and audits.
•Evolve service management and service desk/EUC into AI-first capabilities, including virtual agents, intelligent routing, predictive endpoint management, and application support governance.

Key Requirements

•Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, including process automation and integration.
•Experience implementing AI Ops platforms and capabilities such as predictive monitoring, automated remediation, observability, and event correlation.
•Strong background in application support and maintenance, ideally with exposure to SAP and other critical business applications.
•Expertise in ITIL and ITSM processes, including certification (e.g., ITIL Expert).
•Proven success in centralising services, vendor governance, disaster recovery, and RFP/vendor selection.
