Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process with key internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • •Create sourcing strategies for assigned categories to reduce risk and meet purchasing targets, including payment terms, cash targets, and cost savings.
  • •Identify and execute cost reduction projects, including planning, coordinating with stakeholders, estimating completion, and providing project updates.
  • •Perform quantitative and business process analyses to identify financial impacts, cost improvements, and performance for assigned categories.
  • •Collaborate to define supplier SLAs and KPIs, manage contracts to ensure supplier performance, and place purchase orders while resolving blocked invoices for assigned categories.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations or supply chain management, or master production scheduling; OR 10+ years in one or more of these areas.
  • •Experience negotiating contracts and managing purchasing, including payment terms, cash targets, and cost savings.
  • •Experience supporting construction, facilities, or industrial plant management, including construction project management and/or cost estimate experience.
  • •Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills with advanced quantitative and business process analysis capabilities.
  • •Ability to work extended hours and travel up to 30% (including international travel) and communicate outside of work hours when needed.
