Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inventory transaction documentation and movements in WMS/ERP for multiple projects, including discrepancy identification and root-cause analysis.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and monthly material cycle counts; verify Bill of Materials completeness for production projects.
  • •Support the production floor by running parts, issuing parts to jobs, kitting jobs, unboxing and organizing materials, and pulling sheet metal for CNC operators.
  • •Use the ERP system to accurately track materials and support ongoing inventory management.
  • •Assist with annual inventory planning and with managing and disposing of surplus materials and scrap, plus provide warehouse assistance when needed.
