Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
  • •Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
  • •Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across motion outputs, elevating design quality through experimentation and storytelling.
  • •Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams and partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content.
  • •Oversee motion production end-to-end, develop reusable templates/motion design systems, and troubleshoot animation, rendering, or VFX issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
  • •Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D and Blender are a plus).
  • •Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills.
  • •Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work.
