Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a liaison between auction operations and customers by performing pre-sale quality checks and supporting operational flow.
  • •Manage vehicle preparation by recommending and overseeing reconditioning services (e.g., PDR or glass repair) based on account criteria.
  • •Review and write repair orders, enter them into the PC system, and coordinate repairs with shops.
  • •Support inventory management by locating, numbering, and moving vehicles while confirming VIN, make, year, and mileage.
  • •Execute sale-day lane activities and perform final quality checks with customer representatives; use electronic devices to scan inventory, record movements, and take photos.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements.
