You will lead on-site execution of Fever Originals’ flagship Candlelight experiences, coordinate artists, vendors, and venue partners, manage timing and production details, and ensure high-quality, engaging performances. Key Responsibilities

•Follow instructions provided by the manager to deliver events.
•Manage and keep to scheduled event timings provided by manager.
•Implement new or amended production details, company policies and procedures.
•Direct, manage, support and briefing the team; host the event and be the main point of contact for the event.
•Dealing with customer queries and complaints; ensuring high quality execution of event; event reports and incident report forms.

Key Requirements

•2+ years event management experience (preferred)
•Exceptional customer service (required)
•Highly competent in team/people management (required)
•Strong problem solving skills (required)
•Public speaking (desirable)
