Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead sourcing, contracting, and vendor management for Technical’s OPEX and CAPEX contracts, focusing on the most complex, high-value, at-risk contracts.
  • •Develop sourcing strategies and execute high-value RFPs across engines and components, within DOA and procurement guidelines.
  • •Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with vendors and align with stakeholders such as Legal and Finance to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • •Own vendor footprint and contract summaries, maintain supplier risk management processes, and lead supplier performance management including SLA measurement and executive reviews.
  • •Ensure fit-for-purpose contract administration processes, identify process improvements using digital tools, and coach and mentor staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years job-related experience in airline/aviation.
  • •Bachelors in Business Administration or related qualification.
  • •Engineering & maintenance focused experience with engines and components contracts.
  • •Demonstrated experience in vendor & contract management throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Commercially focused with excellent written and oral communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
