Key Responsibilities

  • •Support CI strategy and partner with Lean tool and process owners to develop and execute continuous improvement plans aligned to Plant ECIS strategies.
  • •Coach and facilitate tool/process owners during continuous improvement events such as Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects to improve delivery and productivity while reducing cost, inventory, and lead time.
  • •Identify and support cost-out projects by maintaining a healthy project deck against Cost-Out Plant goals.
  • •Train and support ECIS tool owners and deliver Lean/CI training to drive CI culture; support implementation of ECIS strategies.
  • •Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to determine physical characteristics and requirements; identify, coordinate, and implement cost savings related to materials, labor, efficiency, transportation, and storage.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, or a similar engineering degree.
  • •Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • •Minimum of three years of experience in Lean Manufacturing systems and in-process improvements.
  • •Strong analytical skills and understanding of problem-solving tools/methods.
  • •Proficiency communicating across all organizational levels in English and Spanish.
