Key Responsibilities

•Lead the governance of internal communications, establishing clear standards, frameworks and guardrails to improve consistency, quality and effectiveness across the organization.
•Advise communications partners and senior stakeholders on message clarity, structure, tone, sequencing and channel strategy.
•Define and maintain editorial guidance, templates and best practices to support leadership communications, change initiatives and major announcements.
•Review and quality-check high-visibility communications to ensure alignment with brand, values and editorial principles.
•Partner with regional and solution-line communications leads to plan disciplined communications, reduce noise, manage cadence and improve colleague understanding.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of strategic communication experience with emphasis on internal, shared services or executive communications; experience with SharePoint, Eloqua and/or Poppulo preferred
•Strong editorial judgment with exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to advise senior leaders and communicators on message quality and effectiveness
•Proven ability to translate complex, technical or ambiguous topics into clear, concise and colleague-centered communications
•Deep understanding of internal communications channels and leader-led communications support
•Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal, team and collaboration skills
