Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and sustain manufacturing processes to ensure quality, yield, and throughput performance
  • •Lead process development and NPI activities, including manufacturing readiness, pilot builds, and transition to volume production
  • •Translate product and design requirements into robust manufacturing processes, documentation, and control plans
  • •Apply structured problem-solving methods (SPC, DOE, FMEA, root cause analysis) to improve process capability and reduce variation
  • •Analyze manufacturing and test data (yield trends, paretos, Cpk) to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions
