Job Summary

Support clients with new account onboarding and ongoing HOA account servicing under general supervision. You will verify Customer Information Profile (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD), review documentation for accuracy, open and close deposit accounts, and process account maintenance requests such as address and name changes. Work in the bank’s core system, maintain secure and compliant workflows, and coordinate with HOA account servicing specialists, analysts, and internal partners when client intervention is needed.
