Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for the company’s cost accounting, including cost types, cost centers, cost units, and profit centers.
  • •Maintain and develop monthly cost accounting as well as associated allocation and closing processes.
  • •Determine, calculate, and analyze hourly rates, machine rates, surcharges, and internal transfer prices.
  • •Lead personnel cost controlling with analyses and reporting; support budgeting and ongoing cost planning.
  • •Act as SAP CO key-user, develop controlling processes and systems, and support monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and SOX/internal control compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed university degree (Uni/FH/DHBW), preferably in finance and controlling.
  • •Several years of experience in controlling with a focus on cost accounting.
  • •Knowledge of SAP CO and strong MS Excel skills.

  • •Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken).
