Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deploy purpose-built AI agents and agentic workflows to solve operational pain points across Quality Systems, ensuring they are testable, governable, and production-ready.
  • •Implement automation workflows using RPA tools like UiPath or Power Automate to eliminate repetitive manual tasks and improve cycle times and reduce operational errors.
  • •Integrate AI and automation solutions with Micron enterprise platforms, including ingesting documents and process/requirements data into an AI-enabled platform, while complying with AI governance, data privacy, and information security requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Process Architects and stakeholders to align process intent with technical implementation; support adoption through requirements gathering, validation, and change management activities.
  • •Conduct structured testing, validation, and monitoring in production; define and track KPIs, troubleshoot issues, maintain technical documentation, and support portfolio/project management artifacts.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in software/AI engineering, automation, or data science, with independent delivery of AI/automation solutions and enterprise system integration.
  • •Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and agent development (e.g., Python, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs) and AI validation/testing concepts.
  • •Experience building automation workflows using RPA platforms such as UiPath and Power Automate.
  • •Hands-on enterprise integration via APIs and data connectors, including integration with platforms like Salesforce, Teamcenter, SAP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience. Preferred: familiarity with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality standards.
