Senior Legal Counsel—Litigation, Investigations & Regulatory Enforcement

Lead Northern Trust’s litigation, investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters by managing case strategy, advising internal partners on litigation risk, and overseeing complex discovery and legal holds. Supervise factual investigations, coordinate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders, and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial/hearing testimony. Conduct complex legal research, support regulatory inquiry responses, and collaborate with outside counsel and legal/forensic vendors while tracking and reporting on matters.
