Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing distributed team of project and program managers, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
  • •Develop, implement, and govern project management processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics across customer and datacenter deployment programs.
  • •Lead the entire project portfolio by prioritizing initiatives, managing dependencies, and aligning execution with organizational strategy and datacenter deployment roadmaps.
  • •Ensure projects adhere to timelines, scope, budget, quality, and safety standards throughout inception, design-in, deployment, commissioning, and post-production support.
  • •Identify portfolio-level risks, develop mitigation strategies, implement quality assurance processes, and drive PMO process/tooling change with accurate documentation, communication, and training.

Salary: USD 272,000 - 425,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •15+ years of progressive project/program management leadership, including at least 5 years running large-scale datacenter, cloud infrastructure, or complex hardware/software deployment programs.
  • •Proven experience building and leading a Program Management Office (PMO) or team, or similar portfolio governance function in a high-tech environment.
  • •Demonstrated success leading in a matrix environment, coordinating resources across multiple business units, geographies, and partner organizations.
  • •Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority across engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
