Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to drive store productivity and profitability through coaching, leadership, and operational excellence. Set the tone on the sales floor by modeling Kate Spade service behaviors and elevating omnichannel and virtual selling. Recruit, onboard, and develop a diverse team using KPI coaching, manage sales plans and forecasts, uphold brand/visual standards, and ensure operational compliance across cash handling, schedules, inventory, and loss prevention.
