Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end relationships for an app and web publisher portfolio, driving long-term performance growth and satisfaction.
•Meet quarterly revenue targets through yield optimization, header bidding configuration reviews, monetization product upsells, and identification of demand-side gaps.
•Build technical and commercial understanding of each publisher’s stack (ad server, mediation/wrapper configuration, supply path) to diagnose issues and drive optimization conversations independently.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Demand, Marketplace, Engineering, and Business Development to coordinate supply/demand strategy and resolve integration issues.
•Lead monetization strategy for new app and web supply partners and represent InMobi externally at industry events, while coaching peers to improve team capabilities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in publisher monetization, programmatic account management, or yield management with SSP/ad exchange/ad network experience, specifically app and web inventory.
•Hands-on technical fluency in header bidding wrapper configuration (Prebid client/server-side, GOB, TAM) and OpenRTB request/response troubleshooting.
•Working knowledge of consent and privacy signal frameworks (TCF, GPP) and how they affect fill and match rates.
•Comfort running independent data analysis using SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent) to build yield/revenue cases.
•Experience managing a defined book of business and independently driving account-level QBRs with structured growth plans.
