Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates.
  • •Update transactions within the warehouse management system (WMS) and log activities in the Labor Management (LM) module using warehouse tools.
  • •Follow and role-model standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • •Train, coach, mentor, and develop associates to achieve operational goals and service levels.
  • •Participate in Lean Six Sigma activities and help improve processes while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years related distribution experience and/or training.
  • •Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
  • •Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language.
