Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze data center hardware and processes with a physics-based, mechanical domain approach.
  • •Own rack-level solutions and make system-level design decisions across mechanical, electrical, power, thermal, networking, and software integration.
  • •Lead integration of RAS principles into data center strategy and architecture to ensure maximum uptime and operational continuity.
  • •Drive reliability and thermal engineering test plans for validation, burn-in, ESS, and ongoing reliability testing (ORT).
  • •Manage supplier process modifications and approve FAI and PPAP reports; lead root-cause corrective actions with suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics engineering, or related field.

  • •7+ years of experience focused on hyperscale or large-scale data center development and execution of complex rack solutions.
  • •Proficiency in statistical data analysis (e.g., DOE, significance testing) using tools such as JMP and Python.
