Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow and understand Kempinski policies and procedures, including code of conduct.
  • •Receive, store, and issue goods following established procedures, including accurate labeling and verification.
  • •Enter issued goods into the system when necessary and maintain proper labeling and par levels.
  • •Issue goods in a timely manner against authorized requisition forms and review/record goods issued after hours.
  • •Maintain locked, supervised, organized, and clean storerooms; perform inventories and alert supervisors on discrepancies or dead/slow-moving stock.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year working experience in this position.
  • •College/University or equivalent education.
  • •Ability to operate computer and mechanical equipment, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • •Knowledge of materials handling, quality control, and local regulation.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective working relationships.
