Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and review asset purchase agreements, letters of direction, and other transactional documents.
  • •Conduct legal research and due diligence on potential acquisition targets.
  • •Support preparation and submission of copyright registrations with the U.S. Copyright Office.
  • •Help manage and maintain corporate organizational documents and ensure ongoing compliance (e.g., filings, entity records, debt compliance).
  • •Review and revise NDAs and organize/track deal documents and legal correspondence, collaborating with finance, operations, and A&R as needed.
