Logistics Manager

Support the commercial lifecycle of real estate development projects by handling cost control, quantification, and material procurement. Prepare BOQs/tender documents, review drawings and scope, evaluate bids, and manage day-to-day contract administration to keep projects within approved budgets. Coordinate with site, planning, engineers, consultants, and vendors; prequalify suppliers, track procurement status, and maintain delivery schedules, procurement logs, and cost records.
