Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare quantity take-offs and assist with BOQs and cost estimates.
  • •Review drawings, specifications, and scope of works; monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
  • •Prepare tender documents, RFQs, and technical/commercial comparison statements; evaluate bids.
  • •Source, prequalify, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors; support purchase order and subcontract issuance.
  • •Coordinate with site and planning teams to ensure timely material delivery; track procurement status and maintain cost and delivery records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
  • •5–8+ years of experience in quantity surveying and/or procurement.
  • •Experience in mid- to large-scale real estate development (developer, project management consultancy, or tier-one contracting firm).
  • •Multi-disciplinary quantity take-offs (Civil, Interior, MEP).
  • •Familiarity with international contract forms, including FIDIC.
