Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement new features while improving quality of technical products and applications.
  • •Drive product/application technical vision and act as a technical expert on an agile squad.
  • •Lead architecture across multiple services and applications and develop software meeting quality standards.
  • •Guide communities of practice through mentoring, standards enforcement, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • •Design, build, and support AI-enabled software capabilities (developer assistants, copilots, agentic workflows) with secure orchestration and enterprise observability.
  • •Evaluate and integrate large language models and AI platforms into enterprise delivery workflows and establish guardrails for responsible AI development and usage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,500 - 207,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (or comparable) and 8+ years of experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of object-oriented and functional software design, software development best practices, and software development methodologies.
  • •Experience designing and implementing distributed systems, APIs, and service integrations.
  • •Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub, and familiarity with RESTful networking.
  • •Experience with AI/ML concepts and modern AI patterns (large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval patterns, agentic workflows) and responsible AI principles.
