Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver an Internal Mobility Program to reduce referral spend and inefficiencies, optimize internal talent utilization, and improve career pathing and candidate quality.
  • •Lead lifecycle program management for a career landing page revamp, coordinating cross-functional teams and optimizing the digital experience to improve application conversion and reduce bounce rates.
  • •Own end-to-end candidate journey mapping and continuous improvement by proactively resolving friction points across digital and human touchpoints.
  • •Partner with Corporate Marketing and Communications to integrate employer brand messaging and narratives across candidate-facing content and experiences.
  • •Define, track, and report key metrics (e.g., internal fill rates and employee satisfaction) to demonstrate program impact and ROI; research and integrate best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of program management experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields focused on candidate/employee experience and internal mobility.
  • •Ability to design, launch, and scale complex programs in a fast-paced organization.
