Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting with ski and snowboard equipment fittings and gear transportation.
  • •Communicate with other departments to ensure timely follow-up on guest questions, requests, and concerns.
  • •Maintain an accurate guest log and communicate relevant information to management and applicable departments.
  • •Guide winter recreation activities as needed, including fat biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
  • •Keep recreation equipment and outdoor facilities clean, safe, organized, and operational, including reporting deficiencies and assisting with gondola operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a ski shop, recreation department, and/or hotel setting is an advantage.
  • •Previous skiing or snowboarding experience is strongly preferred.
  • •Prior experience in a mountain resort setting with operational knowledge (especially of Big Sky) is a plus.
  • •Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a positive attitude focused on exceptional guest experiences.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team and remain calm under pressure, with willingness to learn new skills.
