Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure implementation of supermarket plans in line with MAF Retail strategies and procedures with head office support.
  • •Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure commercial performance and recommend actions to increase profitability and sales turnover.
  • •Maximize sales and profitability by controlling costs within budgetary guidelines.
  • •Review stock and sales reports and initiate corrective actions when needed.
