Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 6 months manufacturing, production, or military experience, or a degree in a technical discipline.

  • •Reside within a 50-mile radius of the Eaton El Paso, TX facility (no relocation benefit offered).
  • •Preferred: 2+ years in a Quality/Inspector role in manufacturing and experience in switchboard assembly (plus computer literacy and Lean knowledge).
