Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex employee relations investigations with limited supervision across APJ regions, ensuring confidentiality, neutrality, fairness, and compliance with local laws
  • •Provide strategic ER direction to leaders and consult managers on handling difficult employee situations
  • •Partner with legal counsel as needed and support corporate investigations while maintaining accurate documentation
  • •Develop and implement ER policies and practices, and lead labor compliance activities/audits
  • •Create metrics and dashboards to track ER program effectiveness and drive improvements

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 122,500 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Employment Law degree/additional certifications are a plus
  • •Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance across Southeast Asia, Australia and Japan
  • •Experience leading employee relations investigations and providing guidance to leaders
  • •Excellent communication, case documentation, and executive leadership presentation skills
  • •Experience with HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and improving HR workflows
