Job Summary

Lead end-to-end transformation financial modelling for a multi-year enterprise program modernising the Finance and People functions. Own the integrated financial model, set standards, run scenario analyses, and provide executive-ready outputs to inform scope, sequencing, investments and ROI across FP&A, Controllership, HR/People Finance and enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end transformation financial model: structure, logic, assumptions, outputs and version control for the Finance & People transformation portfolio, including cost-to-implement, run-rate impacts, benefits timing, phasing and risks.
•Establish modelling standards, documentation and controls to ensure auditable and repeatable outputs that stakeholders can understand and challenge.
•Support scenario planning across the program, modelling alternative scope, timing, sequencing, adoption and delivery pathways; run sensitivities on key assumptions.
•Partner with workstream leads to convert concepts into quantified business cases with clear assumptions and dependencies; socialise outputs across Finance, People, PMO and delivery teams.
•Provide executive-ready outputs (scenario summaries, bridge analyses, value waterfalls) and a single analytical view of transformation value to support prioritization and ROI decisions.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transformation finance, or enterprise performance management with a strong record of building complex business-case models.
•Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation, operating model redesign, shared services, or ERP/HCM programs.
•Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to iterate assumptions, challenge proposals, and turn ambiguous transformation activity into quantified financial cases.
•Experience developing executive-level materials that translate modelling outputs into clear recommendations for governance, prioritization, and investment decisions.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related analytical field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
