Key Responsibilities

  • •Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • •Create and maintain business requirement and functional documentation (BRDs, user stories, use cases).
  • •Serve as the liaison between business units, technical teams, and project management; present recommendations to senior management.
  • •Collaborate with architects and developers on solution design and validation; define acceptance criteria.
  • •Support testing and quality assurance by developing test scenarios and participating in UAT, including defect documentation and tracking.
