Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and own payroll processing phases to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and timely delivery.
  • •Maintain and update detailed process documentation and trackers; support governance reporting.
  • •Identify opportunities for process improvement, automate tasks, and enhance control measures.
  • •Monitor SLA compliance, track performance metrics, and address gaps with the Payroll Lead.
  • •Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT; participate in governance calls and drive cross-functional improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • •2+ years of experience in payroll operations
  • •Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS platforms (Workday experience is advantageous)
