Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of DevOps engineers and their projects and tasks.
  • •Design, build, and operate a highly secure and scalable infrastructure platform with a hands-on approach.
  • •Promote, document, and implement infrastructure best practices and enable self-service capabilities for software engineering teams.
  • •Identify and eliminate repetitive/manual work by defining task priorities and partnering on improvements with other infra teams.
  • •Play a strategic role in infrastructure design to maintain high security levels and respond swiftly to emerging vulnerabilities and security threats.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience leading a DevOps team.
  • •At least 5 years of DevOps experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • •At least 5 years of experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure).
  • •At least 10 years of experience in high-tech companies in DevOps roles or similar roles.
  • •Proficiency in Linux, command line, Git, and CI, plus experience with automation/performance tools (Ansible/Chef/Puppet; Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana).
