Job Summary

Own end-to-end searches for Director, VP, and Principal-level talent across Hardware Platform teams. Advise C-suite, founders, and engineering VPs on leadership talent strategy, conducting market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to engage passive leaders. Provide a high-touch “white-glove” candidate experience from outreach through onboarding, while tracking pipeline metrics and partnering to design and negotiate complex executive compensation packages.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end leadership and executive-level searches (Director, VP, and Principal-level individual contributors) across Hardware Platform teams.
•Serve as a strategic talent advisor to C-suite executives, Founders, and engineering VPs to shape organizational design and leadership talent strategy.
•Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to identify and engage passive, top-tier leadership talent.
•Deliver a personalized “white-glove” candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
•Design, negotiate, and close complex executive compensation packages and track executive pipeline metrics to provide executive updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000

Key Requirements

•8+ years recruiting experience, with 3+ years focused on full-cycle executive, leadership, or principal-level technical search (internal executive search or top-tier executive search firm preferred).
•Proven ability to hire leadership talent (Managers, Directors, VPs) within complex engineering domains such as Hardware, Aerospace, Robotics, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
•Experience partnering with and advising C-suite, VP, and Founder-level stakeholders on hiring strategy and market realities.
•Deep understanding of executive compensation models, including equity valuations, vesting schedules, and complex offer negotiations.
•Exceptional assessment skills to evaluate leadership capability, strategic thinking, cultural alignment, and technical depth.
