Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead health, safety (EHS), and environmental processes on site, including toolbox talks, daily risk assessments, safety briefings, and maintaining RA/MS documentation.
  • •Coordinate and direct Eaton and third-party supplier daily site works; represent the Project Manager in local coordination meetings.
  • •Provide regular daily written updates to the Project Manager on work performed, issues, and next-period planning.
  • •Identify and escalate gaps in resources (quality and quantity), highlight unforeseen constraints for cost recapture, and document extra-work requests.
  • •Serve as testing auditor for on-site testing/certifying/commissioning agents and ensure service works follow instructions to achieve quality, cost, delivery, and employee safety goals.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of experience in similar site/supervisory roles, with an electrician training or project working experience as ideal.
  • •Strong electrical background with power distribution construction site experience, including delivery projects, electrical work, and field service & commissioning.
  • •Knowledge and experience with Health and Safety and Quality Management on construction sites.
  • •Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring/cabling documentation.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to work on rotation (6 weeks on site, 1 week home).
