Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend solutions by maintaining in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in the consumer loan and bankcard process, including owning sourced loans through closing while following risk and retail procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
