Job Summary

Join the Global Product Support (GPS) team to support semiconductor mainframes and subsystems worldwide. You’ll develop and maintain expert procedures (installation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, retrofit), lead complex escalations with design engineering, and represent field needs in engineering reviews. The role includes training customer/process/technical support engineers, creating training materials, and ensuring critical spare parts are stocked for successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of next-generation and legacy platform and subsystem technologies.
•Lead complex, systematic escalations with cross-functional design engineering teams and represent field needs in engineering reviews.
•Deliver procedures and best-known methods (BKMs) including safety, startups, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and retrofit.
•Create and maintain training materials and train customer, process, and technical product support engineers ahead of ELS shipments.
•Identify critical spare parts requiring stocking with AGS and help ensure correct stocking locations.

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
•7-10 years of experience applying engineering theories, practices, and procedures in your discipline.
•Strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication and validating understanding.
•Proactive, dedicated team-player mindset with a motivation to expand technical knowledge and make data-based decisions.
•Ability to work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines and team objectives.
