Key Responsibilities

•Bid and manage multiple jobs concurrently.
•Estimate projects and manage quantity take-offs, pricing, and scheduling.
•Visit project sites weekly to monitor progress, update schedules, and review costs with the Project Superintendent.
•Manage profit/loss through weekly cost reviews and oversee job cost review.
•Manage awarded projects including safety practices, schedules, month billings, change orders, and subcontractor/vendor oversight.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
•Experience/knowledge of construction estimating, including quantity take-off, pricing, crew production, and scheduling.
•Experience estimating earthwork, demolition, utility, paving, and heavy civil projects.
•Ability to read, comprehend, and write correspondence; present information to customers/clients.
•Proficiency with estimating and project tools such as Microsoft Word/Excel, Bid 2 Win, Trimble Business Center, Plan Swift, Bluebeam, ViewPoint, and SAP.
