Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in assembly and welding of components for the spiral heat exchanger body while respecting safety, quality, cost, and deadlines.
  • •Perform air-under-water and hydraulic tests.
  • •Carry out self-checks/auto-control of your work.
  • •Manage material in/out and complete documentation required for equipment traceability.
  • •Maintain 5S in the production equipment/areas, drive continuous improvement, and perform level 1 preventive maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating automated machinery and ability to run specialized machines after a few months of training.
  • •Ability to read plans and understand notions of tracing/cutting.
  • •Mastery of MAG and TIG welding processes and knowledge of different materials.
  • •Use of various tools (e.g., saw, grinder, drill).
  • •Valid safety/skills such as SST (Sauveteur Secouriste au Travail) and first-response fire team knowledge are appreciated.
