  • •Execute standard repair and/or inspection processes for specific aircraft engine parts within the cell using approved technical data and standard work.
  • •Perform cross-functional repair tasks within Cell & Repair Operations across one or more specializations (e.g., sheet metal, welding, machining, bonding, fiberglass, plasma spray, painting).
  • •Support production linearity efforts, workshop setup, housekeeping, and other assigned activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • •Develop toward a self-directed, multi-skilled workforce through planned skills training.
  • •Maintain tooling/fixtures readiness and ensure accurate, complete repair documentation including transactions in SAP/G8.

Key Requirements
