Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a comprehensive Southeast regional growth strategy aligned with Turner & Townsend’s national healthcare objectives.
  • •Establish annual business development plans, pipeline targets, and bookings goals for the region.
  • •Develop and maintain strategic C-suite relationships and lead pursuits, proposals, executive presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • •Ensure seamless handoff from pursuit to regional delivery teams on major healthcare capital programs and maintain senior client stewardship.
  • •Attract, mentor, and support business development talent; provide coaching and succession planning to seller-doers and emerging client leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • •Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related) preferred.
  • •15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, client development, capital program consulting, or related professional services.
  • •Demonstrated success managing large-scale healthcare capital programs and executive client relationships.
  • •Proven track record of business development, revenue growth, and market expansion, including strong C-suite relationships across Southeast health systems.
