Job Summary

Drive utilization and growth of a prenatal genetic diagnostic test by conducting direct field sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors across Southern California. Build and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers, prospect for new business, and execute a strategic business plan. Present clinically relevant information to physicians and internal teams, manage the full sales lifecycle, and represent the brand at local conferences and tradeshows.

Key Responsibilities

•Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
•Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
•Prospect, cultivate new business, and maintain key relationships across the territory.
•Find and capitalize on regional growth opportunities across OBGYN, MFM, and GC clinics, plus hospital systems and federally qualified health centers.
•Create and execute a strategic business plan, managing the full product sales lifecycle and attending local tradeshows and networking events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,174 - 128,991 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector calling on providers in the assigned geographic territory.
•Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong selling, listening, presentation, and customer-needs assessment skills.
•Excellent written and verbal organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present to internal and external customers.
•Effective time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
•Knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics related to patient privacy and information.
