•Build, mentor, and coach account managers to grow strategic merchant relationships and payments revenue.
•Motivate the team, understand training needs, and coach areas such as strategic account planning and executive engagement.
•Serve as a senior stakeholder, providing strategic and consultative advice to influence merchants’ global payments strategy.
•Set individual and team goals for revenue growth and report performance and metrics at an executive level.
•Recruit new team members, streamline team operations, and create a collaborative feedback-driven team environment.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience managing teams and building executive-level enterprise relationships.
•7+ years of experience in account management, business development, consulting, or a related field.
•Proven commercial edge with strong negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial track record.
•Experience leading time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
•Native Spanish and full professional proficiency in English.
