Job Summary

Develop and optimize CNC machining programs for 3-axis and 5-axis VMC operations using Mastercam and UG NX, and plan machining processes across milling, drilling, tapping, threading, and waterjet cutting. Support manufacturing with tool design, process documentation (work instructions and SOPs), and MBOM/EBOM structures with engineering changes. Collaborate with shop-floor teams and use Siemens NX (UG NX), Teamcenter, and ERP/SAP to validate CAD models and track production while maintaining AS9100 compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis VMC machining operations using Mastercam and UG NX.
•Plan and support machining processes including milling, drilling, grooving, tapping, threading, and waterjet cutting.
•Provide tool design and tooling support, including jigs, fixtures, and tool-holding design activities.
•Prepare, review, and validate manufacturing process documentation (work instructions and SOPs) and manage MBOM/engineering changes.
•Collaborate with shop-floor, quality, and production teams to maintain AS9100 compliance and use Siemens NX/Teamcenter and ERP/SAP for data extraction and production tracking.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, production, or aerospace engineering (or equivalent education and relevant experience).
•5–7 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and CAM programming.
•Practical knowledge of 3-axis or 5-axis machining operations.
•Experience with CAD/CAM software, preferably Mastercam or NX.
•Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
