Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end PR workflow for cloud and cybersecurity services, tools, licenses, and requirements across regional operations.
  • •Track PR-to-PO conversion, maintain order management records, and provide a single source of truth for order status, delivery milestones, and renewal dates.
  • •Generate and maintain cost/utilization reporting and dashboards, flag cost anomalies and unused capacity, and support monthly/quarterly summaries.
  • •Coordinate with Finance and Procurement on PRs, POs, payments, vendor onboarding, invoice validation, and resolution of invoice/payment discrepancies.
  • •Maintain audit-ready documentation for PRs, POs, contracts, invoices, and approvals, and support continuous improvement of controls and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in procurement operations, order management, PR/PO administration, financial coordination, or a related operational role.
  • •Prior experience in the cloud industry with technical knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
  • •Strong understanding of Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including service catalogues and subscription/licensing and billing/consumption models.
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Ariba.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, reporting) and excellent English communication.
