  • •Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products and collect process/qualification data to create BKMs.
  • •Contribute to FMECA and participate in or own first-chamber Build & Test in Apps lab; solve issues or work with Engineering to address them.
  • •Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate in New Product final test (if required).
  • •Partner with Quality & Reliability to review and address Top Field Issues, participate in or own CAPA, and conduct or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA).
  • •Develop and document installation/retrofit/maintenance procedures (Technical Product Manuals), create CENs/ISBs/troubleshooting guides, and train Customer/Process Engineers prior to ELS shipments.
