Cost Manager/Project Quantity Surveyor - Construction

Cost Manager/Project Quantity Surveyor responsible for end-to-end cost management across construction projects, from feasibility through final accounts. Lead on cost planning, tendering, procurement and contract administration using The Hive and related tools, interface with clients and project teams, and potentially lead a cost management group while supporting value engineering and carbon reporting within Turner & Townsend’s multidisciplinary delivery approach.
